    The new parent portal will allow you to:

    • Adjust your information
    • Check your balance
    • Link to online payments through Cardiff online payment system
    • Register your childs schedule for upcoming school year and breaks
    • Keep you updated for events and calendar changes


    UPDATE 9/18/2017 - Due to high enrollment we are extremely limited on space. Please check with us using the email address below for availability. 


    Step One:

    Follow the instructions to register your student(s) on the registration web page and create an account.   You will be asked to read and accept our Policies and Contract.


    Step Two: 

    Log into your account at the Parent Portal web page.



     Here are some helpful tips when logging into the Parent Portal:

    • If you see the word class it means schedule.
    • When you choose a schedule, you have reserved that spot and you will be billed monthly for that schedule.
    • All schedule changes require a two week notice and will take effect the beginning of the next month.
    • Space is limited.  Reserving your space guarantees your child's spot.
    • Arragements need to be made twenty-four hours in advance for drop in care.
    • Drop in care is not guaranteed.
