The new parent portal will allow you to:
- Adjust your information
- Check your balance
- Link to online payments through Cardiff online payment system
- Register your childs schedule for upcoming school year and breaks
- Keep you updated for events and calendar changes

Follow the instructions to register your student(s) on the registration web page and create an account. You will be asked to read and accept our Policies and Contract.
Log into your account at the Parent Portal web page.
Here are some helpful tips when logging into the Parent Portal:
- If you see the word class it means schedule.
- When you choose a schedule, you have reserved that spot and you will be billed monthly for that schedule.
- All schedule changes require a two week notice and will take effect the beginning of the next month.
- Space is limited. Reserving your space guarantees your child's spot.
- Arragements need to be made twenty-four hours in advance for drop in care.
- Drop in care is not guaranteed.
