Extended Day Rates and Schedules

  • Registration

    • Registration fees are due prior to attendance. For returning families, a re-registration fee will be applied prior to the beginning of the school year. Registration fees are applied per family and not per child.
    • Full School Year + Summer Registration Fee: $50 one-time fee per family
    • Summer only: $25 per family
    • Re-registration fee: $25 per family
    • **Bills will be sent out on the 1st of the month or the first Monday of the month. Bills will be due by the 15th of the month. Please make sure your payments are made on time to avoid a lapse in care. If you are not receiving a bill or you have a question about your bill, please contact the director at: john.mcmillan@cardiffschools.com

    We are currently only taking Weekly, Monday - Friday Schedules.
    • Monday - Friday weekly schedule rate: $285/month
    • Kindergarten Monday - Friday 12:15pm - 2:35pm: $250/month
    • Kindergarten Monday - Friday 12:15pm - 6pm: $385/month
     
    Hours of operation: 7:00am - 6:00pm
     
    Please notify our program 7-10 days prior if you intend on removing your child from our program. We have a waitlist for most groups so if you change your mind after removing your child from the program your child's spot may not be available and you will be placed on the waitlist.

    *No Drop-in space available.

    Bills will reflect reserved schedule and are not based on actual attendance. We do not prorate for unused days.

    Schedules last until the end of the school year.  Please be sure to re-register through the parent portal to keep your schedule for the next school year.

    School Breaks/Summer

    7:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday
    School Breaks: $35/day
    Summer: $180 Weekly
    Check with Staff for Information and Location of Summer Camp and School Breaks
     
    * 10% Sibling discount (not applicable for summer or breaks)
    * Discounts cannot be combined
    *Rates subject to change.
     
    Late Payments/ Late Pick-ups
    * A $15 late fee will be applied to all late payments
    * A $15 late fee will be applied per 15 minutes of a late pick-up
    * Students may lose their place in our program after 3 late pick-ups or 3 late payments.
