Extended Day Registration and Parent Portal

    Registration for Incoming Kinders for 2025/2026 school year:

    Opened February 26th.

    Our website previously advised families to fill out a Procare Registration & email the Extended Day Director in order to secure a spot.

    Submitting a Procare registration, without confirming with Extended Day, does not guarantee a spot. You would have received an email confirming your enrollment into Extended Day.

    In order to keep groups stable, we are currently requiring a Monday - Friday schedule (attendance is not mandatory, but the weekly schedule is). Schedule flexibility is subject to change. Enrollment is on a first come, first serve basis;not guaranteed.

    The Procare app will allow you to:

    • Adjust your information: Name, address,phone numbers, list any allergies,medication,or extra notes for staff.
    • Add/Edit any authorized pick-ups *anyone listed on your Procare account can pick up any day;anytime with an ID. You would not have to notify us when they are picking up as long as they are listed on your account. If they are not listed, please call/text/email & let us know;we will only authorize the pick up for that day.
    • Check your balance: On the app,top left corner, "View Transactions" you will find detailed invoices,payments, & fees. 
    • View your tax statements: On the app, top left corner,you will see statements/tax statements. The far right option is "tax statements" where you are able to select the year. For specific dates; select "statements" & you can select the beginning & end dates/months/year.
    • Link to online payments: you are able to select the auto-pay feature.
    • Message staff: But for immediate assistance, we recommend calling our site cell phones.
    • Sign your child in/out: this is mandatory;but you may also sign them out using your camera app to scan a QR code & enter your unique PIN. 
    • Keep you updated for events and calendar changes: Very important messages are sent to all, please don't miss out.

    School Year: Grades 1-6

    $25 Registration Fee/year/per family & $25 Summer Registration Fee for summer;if attending

    Hours of operation: 7:00am-6:00pm

    Mondays, Tuesdays,Thursdays & Fridays (2:35/2:45-6:00) & Wednesdays 12:15/12:30-6:00

    $285/month; regardless of attendance

    Includes morning care;use as needed from 7:00am-8:15am

    Includes care all days school is in service,such as conference weeks/minimum days

    *Camp dates are reserved/billed seperately.

     

     School Year: Half Day Kindergarten

    $25 Registration Fee/year/per family & $25 Summer Registration Fee for summer;if attending

    Monday-Friday schedule

    Hours of operation: 7:00am-2:35pm

     12:15pm-2:35pm: $250/month; regardless of attendance

    ($15 late pick up fee,if signed out after 2:35)

    Includes morning care as needed from 7:00am-8:15am

    Includes all days school is in service,such as conference weeks/minimum days

    *Camp dates are reserved/billed seperately.

     Care would end on Nov. 21st (by the time Kinders go full days beginning Dec. 1st)

     

    School Year: Full Day Kindergarten

    $25 Registration Fee/year/per family & $25 Summer Registration Fee for summer;if attending

    Monday-Friday schedule

    12:15pm-6:00pm: $385/month; regardless of attendance

    Includes am care

    Includes all days school is in service,such as conference weeks/minimum days

    *Camp dates are reserved/billed seperately.

    ***Once Kinders go full day,if your child will continue to attend; your monthly rate would be $285/month

     

    Wednesday's Only

    Billed based on the number of Wednesday's in the month;regardless of attendance.

    $25/each Wednesday from 12:15-6:00

    Spots for a Wednesday only schedule are limited as well

    Families needing Monday-Friday care get priority first.

    10% sibling discount not valid on Wednesday only schedules.

     

    School Break Camps

    Hours of operation for school break camps & summer: 7:30am-5:30pm

    School Break Camps: $40/day

    Sibling Discount not valid for camp days.

    School Break Camps are held at Cardiff School for grades K-6.

    Reservations,changes, or cancellations are to be made no later than the Monday before the week camp.

    Sign up will be available a month ahead and simply require you to tell us which days you would like your child to attend. You do not have to select all week, you may select specific days, but please note; you pay for what you reserve.

    Camps are offered to students not currently enrolled in Extended Day as well, as long as a reservation has been made within the timeline.

    Bills & Payments
    Bills will reflect a reserved schedule and are not based on actual attendance. We do not prorate for unused days.
    *Bills will be sent out on the 1st of the month.
    *Bills are due by the last day of the month.
    * A $15 late fee will be applied on the 10th day of the month for any due balances.
    * A $15 late fee will be applied per 15 minutes of a late pick-up,per student.
    * Students may lose their place in our program after 3 late pick-ups or 3 late payments. Please make sure your bill is paid on time to avoid a lapse in care.
    * 10% Sibling discount (not applicable for summer or breaks)
    * Discounts cannot be combined

    IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ BELOW:

    Schedules last until the end of the school year. 

    Please notify our program 2 weeks prior if you intend on removing your child from our program. We have a waitlist for most grades, so if you change your mind after removing your child from the program, your child's spot may not be available and you will be placed on the waitlist. 

    Notice: If you have already registered with us through ProCare before, you do not need to register again.If you would like to re-enroll for the following school year, please notify the site supervisors.  

    Please email and let us know you have registered in the past. All we need to do is "re-activate" your account &/or approve your registration.
