About Your Teacher
Mrs. Stuart
I am Mrs. Stuart and my favorite things are teaching, kids, and running. I have been teaching at Cardiff Elementary since 1999. I went to the University of Virginia undergraduate and the the University of San Diego for my MBA. I have always been an athlete, playing soccer in college and then switching to running after college. I'm a competitive runner and qualified for the U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials in 1996 and 2000. I am beyond excited to be back in the classroom full-time. I feel every child has their own unique style of learning and that all children should be able to express their individuality. I want my students to feel comfortable taking risks with their learning. I encourage children to never be afraid to ask questions. Together let's make this a great year!
