Welcome 5th grade students and families!
Our first day back for the 2026-2027 school year is Monday, August 17th. I will be ready to meet you in our classroom at 8:10am- Room 16. I absolutely love being a classroom teacher and look forward to getting this year started!
All you need for your first day is a backpack, snack, lunch, and a water bottle. Please label your child's name on personal items. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to label all jackets, sweatshirts, water bottles, & lunch boxes. If things are labeled, items are more easily returned to their rightful owner.
All necessary school supplies will be provided for the students. Of course, they may choose to pick out their own materials and bring those too. Please refer to the optional supply list on the left-hand side of this classroom website.
More details about the school year will be shared at our upcoming Back to School Night on Tuesday, August 25th. In the meantime, please take some time and complete this parent questionnaire as we get the new year started. My focus early in the year is getting to know and build a relationship with your child and family.
