Can I select which days I’d like to attend or do I have to register for the whole week?
- In order to keep our groups stable, we’re only accepting Monday – Friday Weekly schedules. While your child isn’t required to attend every day, their tuition will reflect that of a weekly schedule, as rates are determined by schedule and not actual-attendance.We do not Prorate for unsused days. If your child will not be attending a specific day or will be arriving later in the day, you do not have to inform us. Weeks are reserved/paid for whether your child attends 1 or all 5 days.

Is there a Registration Fee?
- The Summer Registration fee is a one time fee of $25 per family, not per student.
When do I need to make a payment?
- Students are all set to attend as long as their balance for the camp/week has been paid in full prior to attendance.
- Cancelations must be made 1 week in advance in order to receive a refund. 2 weeks in advance are required if your child is signed up for a field trip.
- Days not attended will not be prorated.

What does my child need to bring with them?
- Students should bring a water bottle, a lunch, extra snacks, a spare change of clothes (especially for younger students) and sunscreen. The cafeteria will also be closed during the summer, so any students sent without a lunch will either need to have a lunch brought to them or be picked up. We do not heat or refrigerate lunches, so please pack accordingly. We will serve a small snack around 2:30pm and 5:00pm but if your child has allergies, it is always better to pack extra snacks in case they cannot eat what we are serving.
