To begin the process of enrolling your NEW student, you need an account in the parent portal section of our student information system called ParentVUE.   Once you have this account, you can log into our Online Registration system to register your new student.  Please note that you do not need to enroll any student that has already been attending school in the district.

If you have ever registered ANY of your children online with our district, you already have a ParentVUE account!

STEP A:  ParentVUE account status

1. If you have a ParentVUE account, AND, remember your login information, go straight to Step B below!

2. If you have a ParentVUE account, BUT, don’t remember your login information,

• Go to the ParentVUE page and click “Forget your Password?” under the login box on left.
• Once you have your login information, log out and close that web page (very important!).
• Go to Step B below.
• If you have any problem with obtaining your login information, please email the registrar or call the school office, and we'll be glad to help.

3. If you do not have a ParentVUE account yet, please request an Activation Key from the school by emailing the following information to register@cardiffschools.com:

• Parent's first and last name
• The first and last name of your currently enrolled student
• The first and last name of your NEW incoming student

• [Optional: If you do not have a currently enrolled student, but, have had a child enrolled in our district anytime after Sept 2009, please enter that student’s name along with the last year the student was enrolled.]

We will email you an Activation Code along with instructions.  Be sure to follow the instructions on the Activation Letter.  Once you have created a ParentVUE account, you will logout of that website and proceed to Step B.

STEP B:  Begin the Online Registration

• Download the PDF file, CSD Parent Guide to Online Registration, which addresses the details of the online registration process.  You will want to have this handy in case you have any questions during the online process.
  
  
• Click the Online Registration link below, enter your ParentVUE account information and refer to the guide for guidance and clarification of requested fields.
